This is one of the best transformations you will ever see! A mother of 2 (recently had 2nd baby) who decided she wanted to be a positive example for her children! Lindsay was awesome to work with. I knew from the first day I saw her that she was going to look and feel amazing once we were done. This is exactly why I love doing this. Then changes in her inside out were amazing. She went from not being able to look at herself in the mirror during the workouts to having a smoking hot bikini body and TONS of confidence. I’ll always be very fond of this transformation! Read her story, check out her pics and most importantly get inspired!!!

I just had my second baby in March 2011, a beautiful baby girl Olivia. Not long after we were back home from the hospital I looked into the mirror and started to immediately feel anxiety come over me because I didn’t recognize the person standing in front of me. I was 196 pounds and extremely unhappy with how much weight I had (once again) gained with my pregnancy. With my son Joey, I had gained 75 pounds but I was a lot younger and this time around I knew that pushing almost 30 years of age that this time around it was going to be a lot harder to lose the weight. So I started checking around to see what kind of “fad” diets I could get on or what kind of “Pills” I could start taking to help lose the weight fast. After endless searching, I stumbled across Hitchfit. One of my friends had done a transformation and looked amazing! Although I lost 21 pounds from just having my daughter I still had so far to go.

In the beginning it was really tough, not just physically but completely changing my diet and for the most part lifestyle. I am so guilty of eating fast food and even more guilty of not taking the time to cook healthy meals. I’m a very “on the go” mother and it was always just easier to pick up something on the way home from work than to take the time to cook. Unfortunately, my poor eating slowly affected the way my entire household was eating. My son became an extremely picky eater, only wanting Chicken nuggets and french fries (yes we were McDonald’s eaters). Since starting hitch, I’ve started cooking and re-introducing healthier foods into our household again. My biggest weakness is sweets. If I don’t get my daily chocolate fix, I’m very irritable. That slowly went away once I stopped eating it and eventually I stopped craving it. It’s amazing how great you feel when you are eating clean. I can’t say that I never cheated, but I can say that I have never been so disciplined in my entire life.

The toughest part about it for me was finding the time to go to the gym. Any new mom out there that is taking care of a newborn knows how difficult it is, with getting no sleep and now thinking about having the energy to work out?!! Let alone on top of that taking my son to all of his after school events, working full time and overall just holding down an entire household. It all sounded way too overwhelming and I got tired just thinking about hitting that treadmill. It’s so easy to use the excuse of “I don’t have time to work out”. So I stopped to think about everything that I’m constantly doing for everyone else and at that moment made a commitment to MYSELF. I worked out extremely late at night and woke up early to hit the gym. If I couldn’t make it to the gym one day, I would try to run the neighborhood. Once I got into it, it slowly became a routine for me. Some days, especially after being awake all night with a baby (because anyone that knows mine, knows that she doesn’t sleep) I wanted to throw in the towel. All I had to do to keep going was to look at how much I had improved over the weeks and that kept me going strong. I looked forward to going to hitch every week, and every week I found that I accomplished something.

It’s extremely important to keep positive people around you. I have to give credit to my husband for always encouraging me to keep going. He always told me how beautiful I looked, even when I was at my heaviest. My family is my biggest supporter. My mom would come over to watch the baby for me several times a week, just so that I could go to the gym. My trainer (Josh Sehorn) has taught me the tools in how to work out and how to live a healthy lifestyle. He is an amazing person and trainer. He pushed me to my limits and made me do things that I never thought I could possibly do. He was a huge positive re-enforcement to my success and for that I will be forever grateful.

Micah and Diana have created a wonderful establishment where they are giving people the opportunity to change their life for the better from the inside out and be the best they have ever been. Doing the Hitchfit program was one of the best experiences I’ve had and it’s impacted my life in such a positive way.

Today my life is a lot different than where it was when I started. My eating habits are better, I’m smarter about how I eat, workout and just overall make better decisions for my body. I have more energy and I am still able to make “ME” a priority with everything thing the transformation taught me over the course of a few months. I can say that this time around I lost all plus some of my baby weight the healthy way, which is not something I could ever say in the past. Now when I look into the mirror, I see a completely different person on the outside, but more importantly on the inside. I have more confidence and most importantly I feel so good to be me. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m my harshest critic and I’m never completely satisfied with myself. I actually do not find this to be a flaw, for it keeps me on my feet and keeps me striving to do better and better every day! I will take my experience with Hicthfit and carry it with me for the rest of my life. I lost all of my baby weight, plus some and gained a whole new attitude on life.
