In this month’s issue I’m demonstrating tabata interval training which was designed by the Japanese Olympic speed skating coach. He wanted his athletes in the best shape possible. I’ts one of the most intense workouts ever.
I had a dream from the age of 18 wanting to be a top fitness model and to be in my favorite magazine Muscle and Fitness. 10 years later – my dream came true. I worked very hard to get my body in great shape and stayed dedicated to keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Maybe your goal is not to be in a fitness magazine and just to feel better and look better. You will still have to work hard and eat healthy. I cannot explain the feeling of being healthy, but I promise you once you get there you will understand. It’s the best feeling in the world.
The bottom line is that you have a Muscle and Fitness trainer that you can work with anywhere in the world. I will do everything I can to get you to the level you want to be at.
