Jennifer’s Story and Hitch Fit Gym Review:
“I did Hitch Fit 10 years ago after having my last baby. It was the start of my fitness journey. I learned how to fuel my body, as well as use the gym. It was my foundation.
Fast forward 10 years, and the unhealthy lifestyle slowly made its way back. While I still continued to work out on a regular basis, the diet and consistency waned.
I decided to do another 12 weeks at Hitch Fit to reset and get back on track. Through hard workouts, and an overhaul on my diet, I lost 15 lbs.
At this age it’s about being the healthiest I can be to live a long active life.
I still have 10 pounds to go, but I have the tools and motivation to reach my goals. Once again, thanks Hitch Fit!
