Booty Blasting Move by Ellie

Rainbow Hip Extension: 

1. Get down on the floor on hands and knees

2. Keep core tight and spine in a neutral position

3. Extend one leg straight out behind you

4. Lift leg straight up while squeezing glute

5. Tap toe out to the side

6. Lift back up high and cross over to opposite side, tapping foot on the outside of the opposite leg.

Complete 3 sets of 12 – 15 repetitions per leg
